Eligibility

To qualify, applicants must provide proof of gross household income (W-2, tax return, pay stub, or benefits letter such as SNAP or Medicaid).
Applications without documentation cannot be processed.

How Does It Work?

• Vouchers are based on a sliding scale depending on income.

• They cover part or most of the spay/neuter cost.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email with next steps after applying.

Please note: Assistance is limited to up to 2 cats or dogs at one time per household, based on current funding availability.

Income Levels & Coverage

• $0-$15,000 - 100% Cost Covered

• $15,001-$25,000 - 90% Cost Covered

• $25,000-$35,000 - 75% Cost Covered

• $35,001-$45,000 - 50% Cost Covered

• $45,001-$60,000 - 25% Cost Covered

• $60,001+ - Case-by-Case Basis
